RASPBERRY OAT BARS WITH BURGUNDY BLAST HERBAL TISANE

2 tsp Burgundy Blast Herbal Tisane , ground
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup oats
3/4 cup raspberry preserves

Preheat the oven to 350. Grease an 8×8 glass baking dish.

In a medium sized bowl mix all of the ingredients together (except the jam). Press 2/3 of the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread the jam to within 1/4 inch of the edge of the pan and sprinkle the remaining mixture on top, pressing it slightly. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.

1) Make a simple syrup using tea:
1 cup water
2 cups granulated sugar
½ cup Burgundy Blast Hibiscus Herbal Tea

a. Bring water to a boil; reduce heat to low
b. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add Burgundy Blast
c. Simmer for 10 minutes
d. Strain and discard the herbs. Allow to cool. (Extra syrup can be refrigerated in a sealed glass container)

2) Fill a tall glass with ice
3) Add 3 Tbsp of Burgundy Blast simple syrup
4) Add ¼ cup orange juice
5) Add 2 Tbsp lime juice
6) Fill with Club Soda
7) Garnish with orange and lime slices.
