Romance of the leaves! Springtime wouldn’t be complete without the intoxicating aroma of lilacs blooming! Towards the end of every winter I anxiously check my lilac bushes every day for the new growth that heralds the end of the snowy season. In bloom, their aroma has the ability to brighten my day and make all my dreams seem possible. I cut the blooms and place them in a vase in my car so I can carry their abundant fragrance with me on my travels.
We created this floral tea so that I can enjoy the amazing aroma of lilacs at any time of the year. This tea blend brews to a deep amber cup with a fragrant taste that leaves a delightful flowery aftertaste on the palate.
Ingredients: Black teas, erica flowers and lilac flavor.
For those lovers of lavender, this tea provides a unique tasting experience. It’s lavender all the way, from the delightful floral bouquet to the tantalizing lavender liquor.
The addition of sweet, succulent apricot fruit flavoring to this blend produces a cup that is full bodied with a uniquely sweet, floral taste.

To honor the first bulbs and plants popping up through the recently frozen earth, we have created a Spring Blossom blend. This tea is made with green tea and colorful flowers with the subtle, sweet taste of passion fruit. It’s beautiful to behold and absolutely lovely to drink! Enjoy a cup while you plan all your upcoming landscaping projects.
Ingredients: Green tea, Rose petals, Mallow blossoms, Safflower, Marigold petals and passionfruit flavoring.

Put 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in a small saucepan on the stove. Heat the cream until it just begins to bubble and steam rises. Remove from the heat and add 1 teaspoon of Lavender Lace herbal tisane.
Cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain out the herbal blend and chill the infused cream. When chilled whip and enjoy.
Use the cream on scones, pies and cakes as well as layered in a parfait glass with blueberries. Try a dollop in a cup of black tea! Yum!

As evidenced by the myriad plants she mentions in her stories, Beatrix Potter was a lover of nature and an avid gardener. In her stories, tea takes the form of healing herbals like the one given to Peter Rabbit: “I am sorry to say that Peter was not very well during the evening. His mother put him to bed, and made some chamomile tea; and she gave a dose of it to Peter!” Our Beatrix Potter blend combines a soothing selection of herbs she mentioned with an organic green rooibos base that is both healthful and delicious for the young and young at heart.
Ingredients: Organic Green Rooibos, organic Rosehips, natural strawberry flavor, organic chamomile, organic spearmint and organic lemongrass.

Ingredients:
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Rose Kissed Jasmine Tea, ground
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
1/8 cup milk
Topping:
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp Rose Petals, coarsely ground
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar together until combined. Add the vanilla and egg and beat.
Grind the tea. In a separate bowl mix together the tea, flour, salt, powder and soda. Add ½ of this dry mixture to the butter/sugar/egg mixture. Blend until combined then add the milk and then the remaining flour/tea mixture.
Separate the dough into 2 equal portions and roll and wrap the dough in waxed paper. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Pre-heat the oven to 400. Slice the dough into ¼” rounds and press into the sugar/roses mixture. Place the slices (non sugared side down) onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
The dough can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
