Honoring our beautiful National Parks There are over 419 national parks across the US and this number grows every year. The massive protection project covers over 84 million acres and is kept by the National Park Service, multiple non-profits, volunteers, etc. One could say we all have an influence on our nation’s National Parks. My journey with the National Parks began in Sept. 2017 during a spontaneous trip to Colorado. With a pair of hiking boots I bought two days prior, I decided to take on the Rockies. Beyond this, I travelled to the Great Smoky Mountains, Shenandoah, the Grand Canyon, Acadia, and many other National Parks not (yet) featured in this tea line. Making Herbal Bitters for your Cocktails & Mocktails

It’s Summer and time for refreshing new beverages.  Lately I’ve been interested in bitters and, while there are many options available commercially, I often can’t find them in my local stores.  So I looked online for information on making herbal bitters.  Are you looking to add a different dimension to your cocktails and iced beverages?  Try making your own bitters!  It’s fast and easy and the combinations are endless. You’ll need a funnel, a scale that can weigh small quantities (less than 1oz), high quality vodka or gin, high quality herbs, amber dropper bottles.  That’s pretty much it.
